The Journey Begins When You Place Your Order On Our Website By Selecting The Seafood Item. Pick Your Seafood, Quantity, Delivery City, And Cutting Preference. Prices Are Based On Weight Before Cleaning, So The Final Weight Can Shift Slightly Once It's Cleaned. That's Normal For A Natural Product.
2. Order Confirmation
Once You Submit Your Order, You'll Get An Automatic Confirmation With Your Order Summary, Estimated Delivery Time, And Payment Details, Plus A Confirmation Call. If An Item Isn't Available, We'll Tell You And Start Sourcing It Fresh.
3. Sourcing & Processing
Your Order Then Goes To Our Procurement Team At Karachi Fish Harbour, Who Hand-Pick The Day's Catch For Quality, Size, And Species. This Happens Same-Day, So What's Available Depends On That Day's Auction.
4. Cutting & Packing
From The Harbor, Your Order Goes To Our Cutting And Packing Unit. Our Butchers Prepare It Exactly As Requested — Whole, Gutted, Sliced, Boneless, Or Cubed — Then Pack It In Sealed, Food-Grade Zipper Bags And Chill It.
5. Delivery
Orders Sit In Chillers For A Few Hours After Processing To Hold Their Temperature. In Karachi, We Deliver By Bike In Temperature-Controlled Boxes. For Other Cities, We Pack Orders In Insulated Thermopore Boxes With Ice And Send Them To The Nearest Railway Station For Pickup.
6. Billing & Payment
Billing Is Paperless. Your E-Invoice Goes Out On WhatsApp A Few Hours Before Delivery. Cash On Delivery Works Only In Karachi. For Other Cities, We Need Advance Payment By Bank Transfer Before Dispatch.
