3. Orders & Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected cities where offered.
- For locations where COD is unavailable, orders will be processed after advance payment confirmation.
- Orders outside our direct delivery areas may be shipped to the nearest available collection point, where applicable.
- All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery
- We currently deliver to selected cities within Pakistan.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location.
- Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.
5. Returns & Refunds
As seafood is a perishable product, we generally do not accept returns.
If you receive a product with a verified quality issue at the time of delivery, please notify our delivery representative immediately. Once the order has been accepted and the delivery has been completed, we may not be able to process return or refund requests.
6. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Google Sign-In
Where available, customers may choose to sign in using their Google account. JoJo Seafood handles Google authentication securely and in accordance with Google’s policies. Information obtained through Google Sign-In is used solely for authentication purposes and is not shared for unauthorized use.

JoJo Seafood shall not be responsible for:
